Well written and easy to follow. Would be 5 stars, but the beginning workout is too advanced for anyone trying to get in shape. Need something more progressive and motivational to get the lounge chair lizards and engineers back in a shape other than round.
In a few weeks of the “Fully involved” program and can already tell my lifts are going up. Great program!
I do enjoy this program and definitely saw progress with my lifts and conditioning. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because I have done the other program Flashover and like the way that one is written out compared to Fully Involved. Some of the workouts and reps are confusing on what you are actually doing and I think that if you change the format to look like Flashover, Fully Involved could be a very awesome program. I started just doing what you had written down for the conditioning and making my own workout out of it if I didn't understand what needed to be done. Thankw
