As someone prepping for the CPAT and fire service, I wanted to up my current fitness routine as much as possible. This led to me to First Due Fit Training directly intended to give firefighters a challenge. Admittedly, I wasn't sure how I was going to fare given the challenge, but it has been THE best most transformative fitness push I have ever had. The 21 days have helped me develop new habits and also focus on adding more bodyweight exercise and Tabata to my fitness routines. It sparked a fire and push, which has shown in my fitness results as well as the prompts every morning. Can't wait to run this program through again to beat my original reps/times now that I have a baseline to measure from.
