DEATH BY PUSHUPS, PULLUPS, AIR SQUATS | FIRST DUE FIT

This workout will really test your brass.  While it seems super simple and super easy, the workout punches you in the gut before you know it!  Record you reps for each and attempt to improve in the future.  Challenge someone to compete against you as a workout partner.  They have no excuses!

WORKOUT:

Death by Pushups: Perform 1 pushup in minute one, 2 pushups in minute 2, etc. until you cannot complete any more.

Death by Pulllups: Perform 1 pullup in minute one, 2 pullups in minute 2, etc. until you cannot complete any more.

Death by Air Squats: Perform 1 air squat in minute one, 2 air squats in minute 2, etc. until you cannot complete any more.
