MODIFIED MURPH | FIRST DUE FIT

After being challenged by FIT TO FIGHT FIRE to complete 100 burpees every day in the month of December, I decided to spice it up a hair, by including them in a full workout.  This one here is a MODIFIED MURPH, substituting BURPEES for PULLUPS.  This is one to remember!

RUN 1 MILE
100 BURPEES
200 PUSHUPS
300 AIR SQUATS
RUN 1 MILE
