The best part about this one is that you can do it before or after a major strength workout or it can be a stand alone workout all in itself due to its toughness!  This one will hit every part of your body!

 

WORKOUT FOR TIME

 

  • 30 BOX JUMPS
  • 30 DEADLIFTS
  • 25 SITUPS
  • 25 POWER CLEANS
  • 20 PUSHUPS
  • 20 FRONT SQUATS
  • 15 TOES TO BARS
  • 15 HANG CLEANS
  • 10 HAND STAND PUSH UPS
  • 10 SQUATS
